Scheduling for on-site estimates and project work is subject to crew availability, permit timelines, and material lead times. Deer Park Fence & Deck will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules but cannot guarantee specific start or completion dates due to factors outside our control, including weather, permit approval delays, or material supply issues.
If a customer wishes to cancel a scheduled project after a written agreement has been executed, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific project contract. If no written contract has been executed, a customer may cancel a scheduled estimate appointment at any time without penalty by contacting us at estimates@deerparkfenceanddeck.com or (346) 954-2701.
Payment terms for individual projects are established in each project's written contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit due at contract signing, with the balance due upon project completion. Specific payment schedules, accepted methods, and any applicable late fees are stated in the project contract. Deer Park Fence & Deck reserves the right to pause or stop work on a project if agreed payment milestones are not met. Nothing on this Site constitutes a payment agreement or modifies a payment schedule established in a signed project contract.
Deer Park Fence & Deck provides a craftsmanship warranty on our installation work, the terms of which are specified in each project contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship that are directly attributable to our installation. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, weather events, acts of God, modifications made by others after project completion, or normal wear and tear.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the materials used in your project and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We pass through manufacturer warranty documentation to the customer at the time of project completion. Deer Park Fence & Deck makes no independent warranties regarding manufacturer-supplied materials beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
